Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is a cross-country division of our Group which services the financial needs of small-medium enterprises, large corporates, multinationals, financial institutions, investors and commercial banking customers through corporate and transaction banking as well as structured finance, capital markets and investment products.
CIB provides access to markets in Western, Eastern and Central Europe and accompanies customers internationally.

Function description


CIB Italy Network serves Large Corporate clients with a complete range of financial services, including Investment Banking products, Structured Finance, Investment Products, Global Transactional services and access to Capital Markets.


CIB Italy Network ensures the direct senior coverage of CIB Italy clients through dedicated Global Account Managers (GAMs). The GAMs are responsible for driving commercial initiatives with each CIB client at global level by leveraging on all product lines and on the UniCredit International Network.

Job description


Supports GAMs to:

  • analyze business potential and identify cross-selling opportunities interfacing with foreign Relationship Managers and Product Specialists
  • prepare client pitches relating to Products
  • update and monitor the business pipeline
  • analyze customer information to support GAMs in the assessment of Credit Risk
  • comment the group commercial strategy and profitability in Credit Proposals
  • update the Group Mapping with feedbacks from different Legal Entities
  • collect client information and prepare client reports
  • report client feedbacks for market intelligence purposes
  • update our internal CRM tool on a regular basis

  • Proactive, Pragmatic and Problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (exp. Excel and Power Point)
