To pursue the long-standing tradition of UniCredit and reflect its European dimension, UniCredit Foundation offers a grant to brilliant students of UniCredit geography for a 3 month Summer Internship abroad at UniCredit.

Job description

 

The Risk Management function is responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of the internal risk models
used to correctly assess the risk associated with company activities and to calculate capital requirements.
Risk Management is one of the cornerstones of sustainability at UniCredit.
Joining this function, you will contribute to the management and mitigation of current and future threats as well as to the
definition of strategic guidelines and policies in accordance with internal and external regulations and our Risk Appetite Framework.

Position are available in the following structures:

  • Group Price Control
  • Group Credit Risk and Planning
  • Liquidity and Risk Management
  • Group Wide Credit Risk
  • Credit Risk Architecture & Information Flow
  • Credit Risk Modelling

What we expect from you

 

  • Excellent academic records
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability from June 2019 for international mobility
  • Learning agility
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-responsibility and accuracy in working with numbers
  • Commitment and reliability combined with the ambition to learn more about the risk environment in a banking group
  • Good understanding of databases, knowledge of SQL and SAS

  • If you apply in Germany, the internship has to be a mandatory part of the study plan and you will have to provide a confirmation from the university which shows that the internship is mandatory before signing the contract

You will be challenged with a valuable International Internship opportunity during the summer period, and rewarded with a grant worth € 2,100 gross of taxes (€ 700 per month) for a 3-month period of internship within the period June-September 2019. In addition, the Foundation will pay the winners a fixed amount of € 1,000 for travel, visa or any other expenses.
