Function description

HR COO Area supports, through dedicated “HR Business Partners” team focus on Italy Perimeter, employees and the related managers in managing all the issue re:

  • Employment contract  management
  • Career opportunities
  • Professional development
  • Training & Learning

It also monitors HR administrative services and performs project, change management activities and performance measurements of HR services.

Job description

Main activities:

  • support the HR Business Partners of HR COO Area in setting up and implementing various key projects, such as HR activities related to COO Area, Change management, Recruiting, Training, etc.
  • assist administration activities related to main HR processes
  • contribute to internal/external data collection and analysis for business intelligence and decision making process
