Job Scope

In UniCredit Services we are looking for an analyst to be included in the Transaction & Valorization team to:

- Support all steps in the real estate assets transactions

- Perform Financial analysis of a wide range of real estate investments/divestment (across direct real estate, corporate opportunities and indirect investment), including modelling of real estate cash flows, output sensitivities etc.

- Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes, including drafting investment committee memos and presentations

Requisiti

What we expect from you

Excellent Degree in Economics, Engineering and academic records

- A master in Real Estate will be considered as preferential 

- Graduation in the last 12 months

- English fluency

- Great willingness to learn, strong commitment/motivation and ability to work in team

- Highly numerate and strong financial skills

- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills

- Ability to manage several parallel projects
